Today, Cummins announced the reorganisation of its South Pacific and Asia Pacific Leadership Teams further building functional capabilities to serve customers in key market segments.
“This organisation change will enable an even greater focus on meeting customer needs and further build upon the sales, service and support excellence that customers expect of Cummins,” said Peter Jensen-Muir, Executive Managing Director, Cummins Asia Pacific.
“These changes will also create strong development and career pathways for employees which are at the heart of how Cummins serves our customers,” added Jensen-Muir. “Our leadership team is committed to ensuring our customers receive the products and service they need to provide essential support to their businesses and the economies in which we operate.”
Cummins Asia Pacific Leadership Team
Operations: Ben Lister leads Cummins Asia Pacific operations across six regions and forty-six branches responsible for parts and service operations. Ben is also the executive sponsor for Cummins Technical Education in Communities (TEC) program.
Customer support & business transformation: Julia Utan leads aftermarket sales and business development, channel capability, training and customer experience.
Mining: Steve Cummins leads the mining business with responsibilities covering sales, service and support to end users and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
On-Highway: Mike Fowler leads the On-Highway business with responsibilities covering sales, service and support to transport customers and
Supply Chain: Gaurav Bansal leads supply chain responsible for manufacturing, inventory planning, warehousing and logistics.
Off-Highway: Tim Worme leads the off-highway business that serves our off-highway market segments including marine, oil & gas, rail, locomotive, defense, construction & agriculture.
Finance: Tim Hickman leads the finance function. Tim is also the executive sponsor for Cummins equality of opportunity programs for people with disabilities.
Power Generation: Craig Wilkins leads the power generation business serving all power generation market segments including data centre, energy management, standby and consumer.
Engineering: John Bortolussi leads the engineering application, service, project and packaged product engineering.
Legal: Kate Teixeira, senior counsel, leads the legal function.
Health Safety & Evironment (HSE): Jenoy Joykutty leads HSE work with the company’s focus to achieve zero injuries.
Human Resources: Lauren White leads Human Resources.
Joint Venture: Merritt Becker leads Cummins DKSH, south east Asia and is responsible for the long-standing joint venture between Cummins Inc. and DKSH Ltd. serving the countries of Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
